    • The Goals and targets will be followed up and reviewed using a

    set of global indicators

    • Complemented by indicators at the regional and national levels

    which will be developed by Member States

    • Global indicator framework, to be developed by the Inter-Agency

    and Expert Group on Sustainable Development Goal Indicators,

    will be agreed by the Statistical Commission by March 2016 and

    adopted thereafter by the Economic and Social Council and the

    General Assembly

    Target 11.1By 2030, ensure access for all to adequate, safe and affordable housing

    and basic services, and upgrade slums

    Target 11.5By 2030 significantly reduce the number of deaths and the number of

    affected people and decrease by x% the economic losses relative to

    gross domestic product caused by disasters, including water-relateddisasters, with the focus on protecting the poor and people in vulnerable

    Target 11.bBy 2020, increase by x% the number of cities and human settlements

    adopting and implementing integrated policies and plans towards

    inclusion, resource efficiency, mitigation and adaptation to climatechange, resilience to disasters, develop and implement, in line withthe forthcoming Hyogo Framework, holistic disaster risk management at all

    levels

    Target 11.cSupport least developed countries, including through financial and

    technical assistance, for sustainable and resilient buildingsutilizing local materials
