MAIOR balustrade has different kind of trush - resistance in order to its usage destination, it is compliat with the regula-tion D.M. 14/1/2008 regulation, in force from 2009/07/01.1 - Faraone-MAIOR balustrade (shaped in 3 model, Maior One, Maior Plus, Maior Vision) it is made of extruded aluminum alloy (6063). The vertical column will have a specific section designed on purpose to have the maximum thrust-resistance with a 3.600/3.800 kg/MtL profile.2 - The base of the column, made of extruded aluminum with a thickness of 16 mm, it will be fixed to the column with

n. 6 stainless steel M6-screws The ground-fastening will be made with wall-plug or chemical screws. According to the type of masonry the fixing screws will be certified for thrust-resistance. On screed it must have a specific on reinforced concrete fastening of at least 50 mm.3 - The handrail will be fixed to the column with n.4 stainless steel screw.4 - Glass-supporting aluminium profile has specific pliers fixed to the column (different in according to model)5 - Finitura: i profili e gli accessori in alluminio saranno anodizzati Simil inox classe 15 /micron (20 micron vicino al mare

o in piscine), finitura lucida (oppure altri colori della gamma anodizzata o verniciati RAL) secondo richiesta direzione lavori. 5 - Finishing: anodized alluminium profile and accessories are similar stainless steel- class 15/16 micron (20micron for seaside or swimming pool), polish finishing (other color in anodized profile or RAL-painted), on demand.6 - Fastening screw (base and handrail) will be invisible. 7 - Pliers for glass-supporting profile will be fixed with n.2 stainless steel flaring screws barely visibile.8 - Glasses: MAIOR ONE and MAIOR PLUS glass plates will be fixed into a framework. It could be 6+6+0.38 laminated glass (200 kg thrust-resistance) and 8+8+0.76 laminated glass (300 kg thrust-resistance). The 4 side-grinded glass will be fixed with internal and external seal. The vertical side of the glass is grinded in a polish finishing and the glasses are organized each other in 10mm by 10 mm structure. In Maior VISION, it is a 8+8+0.76 glass connected to n.4 pliers for glass-supporting.9 - TEST: The balustrade has to be related to tests certification concering the esistence-class and thrust resistance in order to the specific regulation in force: Cat. C2 terrace, balcony, staircase, conference room, cinemas, theatre, church, fixed-seat platform (2,00 KN/m. thrust-resistance). Cat. C3 Location, clear from obstacles, for the free movement of people, as museums, exhibition halls, train stations, dance floor, gym, buildings for public events, concert halls, arenas for sports and related platform (3,00 KN/m. thrust-resistance). The tests are executed on a samples of ground-fixed balustrade without any fixing procedure of the handrail. The management reserves the right to make the endurance tests, even after installation at the construction site.

OTHER FINISHING

- similar stainless steel - silver polish finishing, same price; - other color in anodized profile (brushed or polished) or RAL-painted, increase of 10% of the price; - for anodized profile class 20 micron increase of 10% of the price (related to areas near the sea, swimming pools or pollution areas); - orders are possible with a minimum of 50 column steel, 60 days delivery.
