Support Targeting in Recruitment
of the Right Individuals to turn
them in AIESEC People Identifying
who wants to gone/undergone
though a detailed learning process or a shorter and intensive learning process.
ROLE 1:
Empower all the ”@ People” to participate in the same activities

Set the Learning Details on the Basis about AIESEC

Train in Core Work

The Responsibility of the LC “L”
Managers-Mentors is help others to
Allocate Relevant Activities for each
Individual Desired Learning Process.
You are an LCEB Member/Mentor responsible for the
Learning Process of :
1 Newie, 1 Team Leader, 1 SN and 1 Trainee
Your Responsibility as L Manager is to take the
MANDALAS of these Individuals and after a deep analysis
of the most “Popular” Kind of Desired Activities and
select the most relevat ones… YOU NEED TO…
