Hi everybody! We, Iranzu and Itziar, are going to tell you how our trip

during one part of the Santiago’s Way was. We started in our high school from Bachiller’s

playground. We took the bicycles and started to ride on them with our teachers of English and Social Sciences.

We rode along the path to Villava. Our first stop was in the Batan of Villava (it is the first photo on the left).

There we could speak with some pilgrims from other countries. In the photo below the Batan there are Marina, Leyre and Ana talking with an Irish woman.

In the Batan we could also take some photos like these.

Along the path you could observe the landscape… it was AMAZING!

We think that one of the most important reasons to do the Camino is to observe the wonders of the world like these.

Then we started riding to Pamplona to the pilgrims’ Shelters there.

In the first one we met with some German people. Two of them were the people responsible of the premises and also they gave us some information about the things that pilgrims do when they arrive at the place to stay overnight.

We could also talk with two Germans as you can see in the photo.

We had time to take more photos. This is in Pamplona near the refuge for pilgrims, so they can relax lying down on the grass.

Finally we rode on to the centre of Pamplona and visited another big shelter there near the cathedral.

But the best thing of the trip was that we had a very good time there when doing this activity, as you can see in this

photo where everybody is having a good time!
