5. Peel the protective cover from the stainless steelgrille sections and remove the glue residue usingsolvent and glass cleaner. Align the stainless steelgrille sections into the factory grille openings.6. Install the mounting brackets over the studs asshown. Install 8-32 ESNA lock nuts and tightenuntil snug. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN OR YOUCOULD DENT THE GRILLE!

7. For lower grille installation, you must first removethe screws the hold the front tag bracket in placeand remove the bracket (if equipped).

8. Apply masking tape around the lower grille opening to protect the paint while aligning the lowergrille (Pathfinder shown, Frontier similar).

4. Install the supplied black silicone sleeves to themounting studs (trim the ends off with cutters ora razor blade).

2. Open the hood use a long flat blade screw driverto rotate the exposed mounting clips that retainthe upper grille. Turn them approx. 1/8 of a turnand the clips will release.

3. The lower mounting clips that retain the bottomof the grille can be released by sqeezing the clipand pulling straight out. Remove all clips from theradiator support panel.

1. Use a flat blade screwdriver to remove the factorypush pins across the top of the grille.

15. Reinstall the upper grille assembly (Pathfindershown, Frontier same).16. Reinstall the front tag bracket (if equipped)using the factory screws to finish.

13. Pathfinder and Frontier SE Lower: For bumpercovers painted any other colors than black or darkblue, apply semigloss black paint to the inside ofthe factory bumper cover opening even with theverticle dividers.

14. Align the lower Q grille into place. Install a blackplastic washer onto each stud and install a ESNAlock nut and tighten. Do not overtighten or youcould dent the grille at the stud locations.

10. Cut out and align the proper lower grille mountinghole template into the lower grille opening ends.Use an awl or similar pointed tool to mark the center of the mounting hole onto the plastic.11 . Use a 1/4 drill bit to drill completely through thebumper cover (Pathfinder and for lower grille studaccess.

12. Frontier LE Lower: Install a trimmed vinyl cap andthe supplied 5/16 tall PVC spacer onto each stud.Paint the spacer semi-gloss black to conceal itonce the grille is installed.

9. Frontier LE Lower: Apply masking tape to theends of the lower grille opening and paint therecessed part semi-gloss black as shown.
