    Start ing salary for n urse a ssistan ts who have gradu ated from school is set at 126,000

    yen ,however, tak ing into considerat ion experienced nur ses, their sala ry is set at

    130,000 yen. In cases where qua lifications a re a ctually obtained a s a nur se, the n urses

    salary will conform to the nur se star ting salary r ates set by this h ospital. Costs relating

    to the tr ainin g period will be par tly supported in pra ctice, and a scheme to support th e
