8. Remove the lower front push pin from under the frontbumper cover. Align the front whell extension onto thefront fender and replace the factory push pin.

5. Align the front rocker panel, making sure it is tightagainst the front wheel arch. Use a .125(1/8) drill bit todrill the upper mounting hole located in the arch transi-tion (see arrow) for 5/8 truss head screw installation.4. Use a 5/16 drill bit to drill through the existing hole in

the rocker panel and into the plastic wheel well for futurefactory plastic push fastener installation.

9. Drill a 7/64 hole through the wheel arch mounting taband install a 5/8 truss head screw (not shown). Use a1/4 drill bit to drill a hole through the existing hole inthe front flare extension and through the plastic innerfender for future E&G supplied black plastic push fastenerinstallation.

7. Use a 1/4 drill bit to drill through the two holes in therocker panel and through the plastic wheel well for futureE&G supplied black plastic push fastener installation.

6. Use a 7/64 drill bit to drill through the existing holes inthe bottom of the rear wheel flares for 5/8 truss headscrew installation. Twist the part fore or aft to keep theflare tight against the wheel arch before drilling.

12 . Align the rear wheel flare onto over the rear wheelarch, keeping the part tight against the vehicle whiledrilling the 7/64 mounting holes. Make sure that therear flares lines up with the rear door opening.

11 . Align the front wheel flare, making sure that the flareis tight against the vehicle and both rocker panel andfront extension. Use a .109 (7/64) drill bit to drillthrough the existing holes (beginning with the holeabove the rocker panel, working towards the frontextension), through the foam tape and into the wheellip for 1 truss head screw installation.

10 . Install 3 long sections of foam tape to the inside of thewheel flares, 1/2 in from the edge (as shown). Thetape will start 3 up from each edge.IMPORTANT: Tape must be placed overtop the remain-ing mounting holes.

13 . Use a 764 drill bit to drill the mounting hole for the5/8 truss head screw (where show). Use a 5/16 drill bitto drill through the extisting hole in the rear flare andinto the plastic wheel well for future factory push pininstallation.

REMOVE ALL PARTS FOR PAINT APPLICATION

Remove all parts from the car. Cleanand prep the ABS plastic parts as out-lined in the painting instructions by thepaint manufacturer. Follow the paintmanufacturers recommendations for

the painting process for ABS plastic.E&G Recommends that all holes drilledin the body of the vehicle be blown outto remove metal shavings and apply agood quality sealer to prevent futurerust problems.

14 . For vehicles with taller and wider tires than factory, youmust drill a 1/8 hole through the front inner fender liner(where shown) and into the metal of the vehicle andinstall a 1 black truss head screw. This will prevent the

tires from rubbing the liner and front edge of the rockerpanel.

PAINTED PARTS INSTALLATION:

Once the paint has fully cured,begin the final installation. Make sure

you have removed any protective mask-ing tape that could get caught behindthe parts. Use the steps outlined in thedry-fitting section of this manual andthe following recommended tips forpermanent installation.

15 . Remove the factory push fasteners and place a piece of 1/4 wide double faced tape (where shown) onto thewheel flare below the mounting screw.

16 . Install the factory rear door weatherstrip onto the rockerpanel extension by drilling a 7/64 hole through theweatherstrip and the rocker panel extension. Install a3/8 black truss head screw (one per side) to finish.

17 . Install double faced tape where shown onto the frontflare extensions before installing the front flare extensionsonto the front bumper cover. Install the E&G suppliedpush pins into the mounting hole, align the part withthe double faced tape away from the body and insertthe push pin into the hole drilled in step 11. Roll thepart up into place, making sure that the edge of the partis tight against the wheel opening then press firmly toset the double faced tape. Install a 5/8 truss head screw into the wheel arch mounting tab.

WHEEL FLARE INSTALLATION:

Reinstall the painted wheel flares usingthe suplied 1 truss head screws.Reinstall the factory and supplied plasticpush pins as outlined in the dry-fittingsection of this manual.

If fitting larger than stock rims and tires,make sure to check the front tires forinterference with the inner wheel wellbefore delivering the vehicle. Someslight additional trimming and painttouch-up of the rocker panel may berequired when using rims 20 and larg-er.
