INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Transition Manager Academy, the first project management course availablein Poland that is based on The Project Management Institute Talent Triangle®.The programme has been both designed and is delivered by practitioners with experienceof complex, global transition and transformation projects.

The aim of this programme is to prepare current and prospective project and programmemanagers for the management and coordination of transition and transformationinitiatives.

The delegates will gain core skills and competencies for managing global projects witha focus on organisational and service transition. Apart from general project managementmodules the programme covers other key skills and competences such as organisationaltransition, leadership, virtual and multicultural team management, facilitation, coachingand mentoring, creative problem solving and visual thinking. Based on PMI Talent Triangle®,which represents the skillset that organisations have deemed as critical for projectpractitioners, the Transition Management Academy meets the expectations of today’scomplex business environment.

Today to succeed just having the technical domain skills is not enough. To truly succeedwe need technical project management skills, leadership capabilities and strategic andbusiness management proficiency.
