1 95 and 101 State Street 95 State Interior fit out is underway along with interior demolition work/cleanup and floor leveling. Window delivery and installation has begun. Exterior façade work is underway.

2 Hotel The following activities are ongoing: Above ground storm piping, spray on fireproofing, exterior framing, power distribution,and interior framing lay out.

3 Casino The following activities are ongoing: Above ground storm piping, exterior framing, overhead mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installation, roofing, interior framing, fire protection, power distribution, and casino mock up build out.

ZONE LOCATION STATUS

Main Street

Reflectorized drums will intermittently be placed in the south bound lane to shift traffic from 6am-6pm Monday through Friday to allow for the unloading of certain materials onto the construction site. The barrels will be moved out of the road at the end of each day to allow parking during non-working hours. Two way traffic will be maintained at all times and two police details will be present. This traffic shift is currently underway.

Road work to adjust a curb box at the corner of Main Street & Stockbridge Street is anticipated to take place within the next two weeks. A police detail will be present for this work and two-way traffic will be maintained.

Union Street

Utility work is taking place at the intersections of Union, Howard West, and Bliss Street with East Columbus Ave. During this work, Union Street will be closed to through traffic from Main Street to East Columbus Avenue. Access to Pride Gas Station, the Colvest Building, and 55 State Street will be maintained at all times. Signage will be in place to direct patrons to business’ on Main Street via State Street and to provide updates and direction for drivers in the area.

East Columbus Ave will be open to through traffic throughout the project. At times, lanes will need to be reduced to accommodate utility crossings at the intersections. Police details will be present throughout the summer to help traffic flow as efficiently as possible.

East Columbus Avenue Work is underway to repair/replace portions of water main piping. A police detail is anticipated.

Bliss Street Work is underway to repair/replace portions of water main piping. A police detail is anticipated.

Howard Street Turn Around No work anticipated

BEGINNING IN MID JUNE AND CONTINUING THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER, UTILITY WORK WILL BE TAKING PLACE AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF UNION, HOWARD WEST, AND BLISS STREET WITH EAST COLUMBUS AVE. DURING THIS WORK, UNION STREET WILL BE CLOSED TO THROUGH TRAFFIC FROM MAIN STREET TO EAST COLUMBUS AVENUE. ACCESS TO PRIDE GAS STATION, THE COLVEST BUILDING, AND 55 STATE STREET WILL BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES. SIGNAGE WILL BE IN PLACE TO DIRECT PATRONS TO BUSINESSES ON MAIN STREET VIA STATE STREET AND TO PROVIDE UPDATES AND DIRECTION FOR DRIVERS IN THE AREA.

EAST COLUMBUS AVE WILL BE OPEN TO THROUGH TRAFFIC THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. AT TIMES, LANES WILL NEED TO BE REDUCED TO ACCOMMODATE UTILITY CROSSINGS AT THE INTERSECTIONS. POLICE DETAILS WILL BE PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER TO HELP TRAFFIC FLOW AS EFFICIENTLY AS POSSIBLE.
