Ali’s Brown Sugar Bacon¼ cup light brown sugar¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper½ pound ‘Center Cut’ Bacon (#3298) or approx. 8 slices Preheat the oven to 375˚ F. Mix brown sugar and bacon in bowl; coating the bacon generously. Place our Stainless Steel cooling rack (#1145) on a cookie sheet (#4020); lined with parchment paper (#1153) to absorb the bacon drippings, and lay bacon on the rack. Sprinkle ground pepper on the bacon. Put the baking sheet on the top rack of the oven and bake until crisp, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven to a serving dish and let cool slightly before serving.

⅔ Cup Browning’s Creamy Raspberry Honey (#6545)½ Cup Ketchup3 Tbs Hot Sauce (reduce according to taste)In small bowl, whisk together water and cornstarch; set aside. Lightly spray bottom of a med saucepan with cooking spray. Over med heat, saute garlic, green onion and jalapenos for 2 to 3 min until softened. Add honey, ketchup and hot sauce; stir. Cook for 1 to 3 additional minutes. Whisk in water/cornstarch mixture and continue to cook until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow sauce to cool slightly.

“I use Vegalene for all my cooking and baking needs. I substitute it in place of
oil in almost all my recipes where you have to put oil in the pan. I cook my eggs,
vegetables, onions, meat, etc. this way. I spray my griddle and waffle iron, before
use. If I want to season the top of bread sticks before baking I lightly spray them
with Vegalene and then sprinkle on my seasonings. Any recipe that calls for a
greased pan, I use Vegalene instead. It won’t get that yellow gummy build-up
on your pans that happens with a lesser quality product. I bake at least once a
