BEGINNER BEGINNER PLUSTIME TO IMPROVE YOUR HEBREW?

If you want to begin your Hebrew learning quickly then TINAU’s introductory intensive course is ideal. The course has been designed for complete beginners and those who have mastered a few words already, and is by name “intense” (running 5 days a week for 4 weeks) allowing for true language immersion.

By the end of the course, you'll have learned the vocabulary you need for day-to-day interactions such as small talk questions, numbers, colours, food, family and more. Students will also get acquainted with the TINAU style of teaching which includes experiencing their new language through songs, games, DIY activities, movement or cooking!

TINAU’s Intensive Beginner Plus course was designed for you if you want to improve rapidly (classes run 5 days a week for 4 weeks) and you already have a solid foundation in Hebrew (you can read and write, use simple prepositions and have a basic vocabulary).

During our lessons, you’ll expand your Hebrew knowledge by playing games, singing songs and exploring the city through occasional trips outside of the classroom.  We'll cover how to talk about times of the day or holidays, study prepositions, learn the past tense and practice your Hebrew reading and writing.

You'll also learn beyond Hebrew grammar and gain insights into the overall cultural and socio-political complexity of Israel.

READY TO TAKE YOUR HEBREW TO THE NEXT LEVEL?

INTERMEDIATE

TINAU’s Intensive Intermediate course is perfect for you if you already have a solid foundation in Hebrew, but don’t feel yet that an advanced course is right for you… (students who take this course should be comfortable in the present tense, know the past, be confident about reading and writing more complex texts and be able to handle irregular nouns and know how to use prepositions).

The course is intense (5 days a week for 4 weeks) so expect rapid improvement. Expect your speaking level to soar as will your knowledge of the tenses - we will ensure you are completely comfortable using the past tense and teach you future tense and imperative. We will also introduce increasingly complex materials to take your Hebrew reading and writing to the next level. Throughout the course we'll explore the different streams of Zionism, current politics and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

HOW WE TEACHThe goal of our classes is to equip you with the tools to handle everyday life in Hebrew or Arabic. This also includes leaving the classroom sometimes to go to the Shuk together or take a tour through the city.

Thanks to a variety of activities (games, singing, movement, or cooking), our classes are interactive and engaging, designed to encourage our students to start speaking from the first class onwards. This means, we build your confidence in the classroom to engage with your surroundings in Hebrew or Arabic.
