TravellersLet us know who we are welcoming on board by providing their birth certificate full name, gender and contact details. We also ask if they belong to a reward programme to earn points with their booking.

SeatsSelect ahead of time where you wanna sit on the plane for a small fee. This way you ensure you all sit together or as far apart from each other as you want. Alternatively select the available seats 24 hours prior to departure through online check in.

ExtrasWe have some extras that you can add to your flight to make it more comfortable and secure. These are added to your flight total and include taxes.

For a small fee we cover you for any unforeseen circumstances with your flight and baggage that may occur on the day of travel. This will be added to each traveller on that booking.

FLIGHT AND BAG INSURANCE EXTRA BAG

Each flight has 20kg included with the fare but sometimes we just need a little more. Buy it before you fly and save up to 25% to take more on board.

Read all the info regarding your booking. If you miss your flight, your return flight is automatically cancelled and there is no refund. Unless extra bags have been bought each traveller can have one bag of 20kg only, there is no sharing of bags over 20kg.

EMAIL MANAGE CHECK-IN

24 hours prior to departure use online check-in to avoid queues on the day and drop your bags off at the bag drop.
