Project SSDC“Shared Success in Developing Countries”
A Contribution to Corporate Sustainability
Version 2.0
SSDC project pitchShared success in developing countries
The project involves Imtech employees who will transfer knowledge to small and medium enterprises (SME) or organisations in developing countries.
From a pool of motivated employees, small multi-disciplinary teams (2-6 persons) will be formed. They will give support during a six-month campaign, implemented both from their home base as well as during a two-weeks trip on-site.
Through this project, Imtech contributes -in a pragmatic way- to the development of SME entrepreneurship as part of its Corporate Sustainability (CS=MVO) policy and stimulates employee engagement & development
