Już od blisko dwóch lat MSLGROUP co miesiąc przygotowuje przegląd najważniejszych działań legislacyjnych i pozalegislacyjnych podejmowanych przez Unię Europejską. Raport Insight Brussels zawiera streszczenie działań Rady, Komisji i Parlamentu podzielone na 15 kategorii tematycznych - od rolnictwa, przez obronę, energię, i konkurencyjność, na podatkach i handlu kończąc. W tym miesiącu wśród najciekawszych tematów można wyróżnić nowy raport Komisji dotyczący rolnictwa ekologicznego, będący zapowiedzią planowanej na początek 2014 nowej strategii tej gałęzi rolnictwa. Komisja Europejska przyjęła również zalecenia dotyczące pomocy publicznej dla sektora energetycznego - szczególnie ważne dla Polski w kontekście trwających prac nad ustawą o OZE.
