Resident Assistants doa lot of little things everyday to make the livesof their residents a bitbrighter.

It might be the doordecorations, the sweetnote of encouragement

wishing you luck the frstday of class or even thestudy-break snack. Hav-ing another student whosejob it is to make you feelwelcome is one the perkson on-campus living.

Now it’s time to dosomething nice for theperson who has helped

you. Former RAs say theydon’t expect grand ges-tures or extravagant gis.Just pay attention and bethoughtful.
