4. On Slide 3, select the first seven bullet points, and then press X.

5. Display Slide 2. Select the last six bullet points, and then press X.

The bullet points are now split between two slides and can be displayed in a larger font size.

6. Display Slide 4. On the Home tab, in the Slides group, click the New Slide button arrow,and then click Reuse Slides. In the Reuse Slides task pane, click the Browse button, andthen click Browse File. Navigate to your student files, open the presentation i01_Break, andthen compare your screen with Figure 2.

7. In the Reuse Slides task pane, click Slide 3, When You Need a Break. Close the Reuse Slidestask pane.

Slide 3 from the presentation i01_Break is inserted as Slide 5 in the presentationLastname_Firstname_i01_Relax.

8. On the Design tab, in the Themes group, click the More button, and then click Oriel.

9. Display Slide 6, and then select the picture. On the Format tab, in the Size group, increasethe Height to 5". Notice that the Width changed to 7.6".

10. In the Picture Styles group, click the Picture Effects button. Point to Glow, and then clickthe last variation in the fourth row—Gray - 50%, 18 pt glow, Accent color 6. Click thePicture Effects button again. Point to Soft Edges, and then click 10 Point. In the Arrangegroup, click the Align button , and then click Align Center.

11. Click a blank area of the slide, and then compare your screen with Figure 3.
