● 1º To prevent obesity, you SHOULD prevent excessive consumption of sugars and fats, and alcoholic beverages, which have many calories. It is also advisable to practice some kind of sport or exercise.
● 2º You SHOULD decrease intake of cholesterol-rich foods, such as fatty meats, cheeses, eggs, animal fats, whole milk, sausages, etc. And you SHOULD increase intake of blue fish such as tuna or sardines, which reduce blood cholesterol levels.
● 3º You SHOULD reduce consumption of foods cooked with reused oils and smoked foods, which contain substances hazardous to health and raise the appearance of certain types of cancer.
● 4º You SHOULD include in your diet foods rich in dietary fiber to promote bowel movement, prevent constipation and avoid prolonged contact with hazardous substances for the intestinal wall.
● 5º You SHOULD NOT abuse food sausages, they also contain carcinogens.

• You SHOULDN’T drink alcohol. Drinking alcohol regularly produces irreversible damage to the liver and the pancreas and contributes to the apparition of stomach and oesophagus cancer.
