OUR SPA POLICIES

SchedulingCall 972-963-9222 or 2050 from any hotel extension to schedule your appointment. We recommend scheduling in advanceespecially during the weekend. A credit card or active room numberis required to hold your reservation.

Cancellation policyWe kindly request that cancellation or rescheduling be done a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment. Group bookings or parties are required a 72 hour cancellation notice. Failure to cancel and/or arrive for an appointment will result in a full charge of the booked service. Appointment made on the day of servicewill not have a cancellation option and will be charged in fullif canceled.

Our Spa EtiquettePlease arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out abrief intake form and prepare to relax. Arriving late for anappointment will simply limit your treatment time so the nextguest will not be delayed. We provide you with robes andslippers and a private locker room to change. Showers are available for your convenience.

Gratuity is not included in the price of our spa services. We kindly recommend a 20% gratuity to be added at the time of check out.
