• UNSD and region are encouraging countries to develop their own implementation plans

• Use of National Strategies for the Development of Statistics (NSDS) as the strategic planning framework

• NSDS (2011-2015) is submitted to the Parliament for getting approval

• NSDS consists of 6 sessions, including statistical infrastructure, economic statistics and national accounts in broad

Implementation plan (2011-2015) consistsof 6 sessions, which covers ImplementationSNA related activities:

1.The methodological session2.The institutional framework3.The compilation session

• Review of the methodology related to the main changes from SNA 1993

• Determining priority topics of the 2008 SNA for immediate implementation

• Develop National Methodology for these topics

• Determine the requirements of additional data sources

• Review of administrative data and collaboration between NSO, CB, MOF and line ministries

• Update the correspondence tables between the 1993 SNA and 2008 SNA

• Review, the treatments of data sources and the computation issues

• National accounts compilation process

• Developing of a strategy on back casting

• Assign Metadata

• SDMX, ERETES software

Action plan (yearly basis):

• All detail activities which is indicated in the implementation plan

• Necessary adjustments to be made on yearly basis
