Board of Directors
• BoD is invested with the widest powers to perform any acts of administration and arrangement, which concern the association.
• Shall administrate the association according to the general policy determined by the General Assembly, and shall particularly decide about the schemes related to education, training and research organized by the association; the Board shall also decide about publications.

The President
• Is the Chairman of the BoD. He/She also chairs the GA.
• Elected by the BoD for a three year term. He is eligible for re-election, but cannot serve for more than three consecutive terms, except under special circumstances agreed by the General Assembly.
• The President represents the Association.

• Provides a forum to link the activities of the EuMA to industry

Finance Committee
• Composed of ≥ 3 members who hold office for 3 years (VanderVorst, A. Räisänen, Yarovoy )
• The Chairman is a member of the EuMA BoD• FC is a link between the EuMA officers and the BoD
for important financial matters:– evaluating the EuMA budget – evaluating the EuMW budget – evaluating the EuMW results,– reporting to the BoD on how the EuMA assets are invested

Awards Committee
• Composed of 5 to 7 members who hold office for 3 years• The Chairman is a member of the BoD• Proposes to establish and set the rules for awarding:
– best paper prizes at EuMA conferences (EuMW and outside)– awards to be granted to individuals who have contributed to the
EuMA, technology or education in the area of microwaves• Solicits nominations for the awards (e.g. Distinguished Service
Award) from EuMA Members• Selects the award recipients and proposes them to the BoD
