Maintenance Activity Description

Blind Inlets-Outlets at plant area

Disconnect and remove Distributor with gasket

Remove Cover with gasket

Install Blinds in-Out of shell

Ground level

Shell Hydro-test

Connect water pump

Raise the pressure at value indicated by Inspection

Install pressure gauge

Eliminate leaks if found

Fill the shell by water

Drain water from shell

Remove PG & Water pump

Remove blinds, fix gaskets & tight bolts

Install distributor with new gasket

Water Pump

PG

Install blinds at inlet-outlet

Install Pressure gauge & water pump

Fill Water tube side

Raise the pressure up to the value indicated by Inspection

Check sealing distributor to shell

Check sealing distributor to end flange

Discharge water remove PG & pump

Remove blinds at distributor in-out

Install cover with gasket Check sealing cover to Shell

Handover & Final House Keeping Close Work permit Remove tools and equipment

Clean and wash the area Remove scaffold after unit start-up
