Marketing Bingo RulesRules of the Game:1) One by one, students in the class chooses a random number between 1-30 from the Game Board.2) Click on the hyperlink of the chosen number to be directed to a PowerPoint slide depicting a promotional strategy.3) Each student must decide which of the six categories of advertising strategies that the chosen PowerPoint slide is describing.

•Advertising, Visual Merchandising, Public Relations, Publicity, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion

4) After the student decides which category the PowerPoint slide falls under, the student writes the title of the slide in one of the boxes under the appropriate column with the goal of completing filling in the 15 squares of the playing card. Note: Personal Selling & Visual Merchandising share a column on the game board.5) Once a student calls out “Bingo,” they must call out the titles of the slides that they used to fill in the playing card and accurately describe why they believe the marketing strategy fits the category that they chose. Note: Many slides could fit within multiple categories, so give the student the chance to defend their answer, and make use your discretion whether they are correct or incorrect.6) If any answer is incorrect, the game continues until someone calls out “Bingo” and can correctly match 15 correct marketing strategies to their appropriate heading.
