Yarloo is an ambitious take on the world of gaming utilizing acombination of NFT, DeFi, and our very own RST (Revenue SharingToken, a special smart contract that distributes 30% of our net profitsacross “pillars” that support the market value of our $YARL tokens)system to bring our users a grand experience never utilized before.

We achieve this by bringing together a powerful ecosystem that involvesP2E NFT gaming in ways that keep the userbase invested for longdurations, ensuring a healthy amount of traffic and volume that keepsour games alive for as long as we can maintain them thanks to theformulas we’ve devised, such as seasonal content and large patches thatadd new card packs, gameplay mechanics, and quality of lifeimprovements to keep players invested consistently.

Moreover, Yarloo seeks to empower crypto projects, and attempt toshowcase the efficiency of “giving back as much as you can” to thecommunity to enhance and fortify the market value against marketcorrections or “bearish” sentiments. While utilizing our own RST toachieve this, we also aim to provide other cryptocurrency-basedcompanies with the ability to not only integrate RST into their ecosystem,but by creating them special tournaments in our games dedicated totheir native token to promote its trading volume and cause new pricemovements of the token, which may potentially lead to a considerableincrease in value, and the ability to create their own P2E games throughour very own Forge of Glory, an incubation of sorts for developing cryptogames with great quality.

Many crypto projects show up purely to “ride the waves” orcatch the trends, without prior knowledge, preparation, orexperience. Yarloo’s foundational concept, however, wasprepared back in December of 2020, prior to the gamingNFT boom, and was picked for this time to launch inparticular now that adoption has substantially grown.

The key problem that Yarloo aims to tackle is boredom,awful RNG, lack of regulation, broken promises,irresponsible announcements, and whales obliteratingretail with any price action they cause, as seen during thelatest correction of May 2021.

We believe that the common cycle of “3 bearish years & 1bullish year” is no longer the case, and that a new cycle is onthe horizon, one where each market sentiment is runningon an on-off basis of a few months only, but this also poses agreat problem, one where most retail investors or traderswill easily be wiped out whether because they’reoverexposed, or are treating their crypto investments likestocks, something they’d invest and look at later on withoutfollowing up on any news that might save them from amajor correction.

especially up and coming P2E projects, meet their potential and

appeal more to their communities, by giving them the proper tools,

strategies and utility that they require to achieve this.

Our technical solution is one where we tackle all the problems mentioned

above with one robust ecosystem that has many things to offer our users.

Here’s how we plan to achieve this:

A special system, known as Revenue Sharing Token, or RST, based on asmart contract, that sends 30% of Yarloo’s gross revenue to the followingaspects:

The purpose of this formula is to address each element by providingextra reasons and incentive for our users to hold $YARL and not easily sellor let go of their holds, and also ensuring that our trade volume andliquidity remain high by giving more incentive to LP providers, givingthem extra passive income in addition to DEX fees to make them want toadd even more LP.

The buyback system would constantly increase market value as we’realso burning until 80% of the total supply is gone, with only 5,000,000$YARL are left. (out of 25,000,000). This is the strongest key point we havefor Yarloo’s ecosystem at the moment.

Such as our Crypto Sailors program, giving our users free premium NFTsfor trading, general airdrop rewards, and latest information on ourupdates. Crypto Sailors get a lot of extra perks for every single product werelease, even those we’re currently not planning yet.

Even if a member isn’t a Crypto Sailor, they’ll be able to get certainrewards for holding enough $YARL, allowing them to get extra free spinsin our Wheel of Fortune, in addition to the ability to receive futurediscounts, etc.

The biggest problem with crypto gaming is lack of seasonal updatesand major patches that overhaul or change the entire gamingexperience. If you were to look at Legends of Runeterra, Gwent, or othergames that don’t have any trading cards like Destiny 2, League ofLegends, Warzone, etc, you’d notice that they continuously enhance thegaming experience for their users by ensuring there are enoughactivities for gamers to partake in. GTA V, for example, manages toflawlessly execute this, without seasonal content, just by updating thegeneral environment and activities for their users, having managed tonet at least 4 billion dollars in revenue until now (it’s likely 10 billion atthe time of writing this deck) - we’re not Rockstar Games of course, butwe prove our point.

If we were to look at most P2E or NFT crypto games, we’ll notice acommon trend of low quality characters, sped up developments, and avibe similar to when mobile gaming started for the first time. We callthe current gaming stage in crypto the “Talking Tom” stage - wheregames are following a trend of low quality gameplay, or basic bareminimum quality that allows them to function - not all games in theindustry are like this, but a great majority unfortunately is.

We’re implementing all the proper formulas that successful gamingstudio companies like Bungie, Rockstar Games, CD Projekt Red (exceptCyberpunk, ahem), Rare, and more, have been doing over the years, andwe believe that this is a quality of life change that every crypto gamerwill grow to appreciate.

Yarloo offers its users many ways to generate income, while not askingfor much in return. A user gets to make a considerable amount ofmoney just for creating tournaments on our trading card game, or bycollecting enough cards using our tasks system in the game, thentrading them on NFTShore or through other marketplaces.

Moreover, as mentioned before, Yarloo is an ecosystem, meaning we’regoing to add more elements to fortify our business model and tokenvalue, by presenting consistent upgrades to our trading card game,unveiling our Battleships game where users will be able to customizetheir own ships and build a fleet, enhance their forts, and so muchmore!

Our flagship product, and the cornerstone of ouroperations. Yarloo’s TCG is incredibly unique as it utilizesNFT fusions to give unique passive abilities wheneverusers manage to upgrade their cards.

The way it works is based on PVP (and PVE throughfighting AIs for practice later on) mechanics, by utilizingone’s cards and abilities, per turn, to manage to seizevictory over your opponent. The game operates in 2 ways,one where there’s no financial loss whatsoever, and youfight players purely for fun, and another where you canhave a wager. The wager can be an NFT of value, or aspecified sum of $YARL tokens, and the winner takes all!

Our cards are tiered, and moreover, they have 2 versions,one is called 1.0, and the higher quality version is knownas 2.0 - in order to collect 2.0 cards, you’ll need to gothrough a lot of tasks, collections, and sweat and tears,but it will be worth it, as 2.0 versions of cards have astrong unique passive, and are rare to find and utilize!

The game is taken seriously as a normal game, not just acrypto project, with original soundtracks accompanyingthe experience, mobile versions available, and seasonalchanges where we change the entire theme of the gamedepending on major events like the Lunar New Year,Christmas, Halloween, etc.

Our second flagship product, bound for release in 2022 as a

new experience in crypto, Battleships will allow users to create

their own battleships, customize their fleets, forts, ship speed,

cargo hold and so much more, to rule the crypto seas! It will

be one of the most ambitious games in crypto history, and we

plan to showcase more information surrounding it by

December 2021.

Yarloo’s Battleships:

A cool concept that we’re currently developing where we will

release a large amount of variations of NFT ships in 2D and 3D,

potentially with sea shanties accompanying each one,

although the coolest thing about this project is that we also

intend to allow users to customize and create their own NFT

ship collections using rare materials only obtained by staking,

holding, or participating in certain events, giving them the

chance to create rate NFT Ships that they can list on NFTShore

or other marketplaces. This will be a steady and powerful

source of revenue for us. This is a standalone product that will

merge with Battleships once released.

Our main minimal viable product, the Wheel of Fortune is a

lootbox-like feature that will allow our users to get a chance at

winning new NFTs, $YARL tokens, and so much more that we’d

add to the loot pool in the future. Spinning the wheel will be free

for the first spin for a number of users, but it’ll have an IP

detection system to prevent abuse (people who might try to

make many addresses for infinite free spins) - extra spins would

cost a fixed rate of at least $50 in YARL tokens, adding extra

utility to our token.

In addition to this, Crypto Sailors get their addresses whitelisted

to automatically receive extra free spins, giving more reason for

our community members to hold enough $YARL to become

part of our special program. The Wheel of Fortune is expected to

release alongside our token listing timeframe.

Our goal is not only to survive market corrections, but also help

other projects do the same, which is why we’re happy to provide

RST smart contract integrations for companies that request it

for a fee dependant on the MC of the project, and it can be free

if the company is a startup with not enough funds.

We’ll also be offering consultations to provide insight on the

proper aspects that other companies should utilize RST for, and

what the appropriate % of their revenue to share with their

community may be, depending on each company’s revenue

stream and annual profit.

Our very own wallet for storing $YARL tokens and staking it, also

one of our MVP products expected to launch alongside the

listing timeframe. The wallet’s use-case initially will be purely for

staking gains and NFT cards, but we have ambitious plans we

plan to reveal in the future for the wallet, depending on how

well and fast we proceed with our remaining products

beforehand.

Yarloo’s Coffers (MVP):

Our own marketplace, set to launch as a cross-chain NFT market

on both Polygon and BSC, while including more networks as

soon as possible with future implementations. The reason why

we’re making our own marketplace instead of utilizing others is

because it serves our ecosystem better, and allows us to directly

list our latest NFT packs on it without having to rely on other

marketplaces and their systems. It's also a fantastic revenue

source for our ecosystem and RST. Our marketplace will take

less fees than Opensea, as we’ll only take 1.5% of each NFT sale

that happens there, while also letting our users freely list their

items on other networks.

NFTShore will also have promotional sections for other

companies that wish to advertise, featured collections

(sponsored ones by others) and more, to fortify it as both a

business generating model and a perfect hub for our

community. Estimated launch of the marketplace is Q4 of 2021.

Until then, we’re going to utilize specific markets to give our

users access to the essential NFT packs to play Yarloo’s TCG.

An ambitious service we’ll offer to up and coming projects, or

even established ones, that wish to enter the P2E NFT gaming

space. Our YFoG will be utilizing our very own team of AAA-tier

game developers capable of creating some incredibly

interactive, top notch gaming experience in the P2E space.

The success of this service would propel our income

significantly as instead of fixed fees, we’ll instead take a % of

the net revenue of each game we develop for partner

companies we accept. If we were to launch at least 10

successful P2E games from this incubator, the returns would

be significant.

Yarloo’s Forge of Glory:

This is one source of revenue that we intend to utilize for our

tournament rewards in particular. There’s a chance we can use

some of it in our revenue depending on how well performing

the rest of our products are, but if we don’t require to utilize the

revenue generated from our transaction fees, we’ll utilize it as a

P2E reward for our TCG rewards.

Our traction plan to generate revenue as soon as possible is fairly simple. The

best tactic is to tie our success to our community’s, which is exactly how we

built our RST ecosystem, and how we designed our products. The more we

succeed, the more our entire community and holders succeed, ensuring that

all our investors would do everything within their power to organically push

this forward, without us having to do all the heavy lifting on our own.

While it may seem as a weakness from our end to utilize our community

more than pure marketing, it’s actually one of the most efficient marketing

strategies utilized by some of the biggest names in the world, and most

successful startups have reached their success through word of mouth, not

paid marketing.

As traction concentrates on the fastest growth possible right after launch, our

plan to execute this will be to introduce a rewarding, fairly generous affiliate

system for users who refer others, while also striking a deal with Indacoin or

similar companies to accept Visa/Mastercard payments to acquire $YARL

tokens, ensuring that even gaming enthusiasts from outside crypto would be

able to access our ecosystem without having to do much about crypto.

In addition, we’ll have a large number of CT influencers create their own

custom tournaments on Yarloo and promote it on their socials. Since users

receive a % of the tournament prize, all our influencers would be heavily

invested in making this succeed, as all the rewards that pour into their

custom-made tournament pool will net them a considerable profit.

We’re also going to coordinate with a Dutch marketing agency (DeFi

Marketing) to spread the word about our ecosystem across CoinTelegraph,

Forbes, Yahoo’s news outlets, and more. As soon as our TCG launches, we’ll also

utilize Crypto YouTube and Crypto Gamers to showcase how they work, and

bring more users to our ecosystem as soon as possible.

The long-term plan for our marketing will focus on slow marketing

campaigns after the major one kicks off right after launch. This is to not

over-hype our project and give it more time to cool off before constantly

reminding everyone about our existence.

Our marketing is currently separated into two core stages:

In this phase, we’ll only concentrate on CT, articles being shared,

crypto communities on Telegram spreading the word (currently in

partnership with groups amounting up to 200,000 members)

whenever we have an announcement to make or move forward

with our progress.

We’ll also be utilizing this stage with educational preparations to

ensure users who are invested in what we have to offer

immediately understand what to do once we do launch our

products.

To make sure nobody loses interest in Yarloo right off the bat, we’ll

also be offering lucrative staking APY returns (up to 300%) to

people who participate in the first round, while also promoting

Wheel of Fortune use-case to incentivize users to start collecting

cards right off the bat before we launch our game.

state of our demo for the TCG game. If it’s in a nice state (users will

promoting our project as it brings a great deal of financial benefits

to our influencers, but that’s not all.

Thankfully, Yarloo’s progress is consistent, and we have endless

ideas we’d like to work on, allowing us the creative freedom of

consistently keeping our user-base invested in what we’re creating,

and more promotional materials to spread around. This period will

focus primarily on upgrading our ecosystem consistently, adding

more features and elements to our seasonal updates, and

solidifying our grounds before the next bear market to ensure our

revenue remains consistent even in the worst market sentiments.

Our funding is separated into a softcap, the absolute minimum we need to

reach for MVP launching and sustainable revenue to be generated, albeit at a

more difficult pace than anticipated with decreased scaling, and our hardcap,

where we’d have the most optimal funding necessary.

Why we’re requesting this much:

Yarloo’s products are fairly ambitious and will require a lot of manpower to

get it to see the sunrise.

We need to maintain certain quality standards with our products, so the

higher our budget, the more we can do and polish ourselves to a point that

can propel our revenue generation even faster and more efficiently.

Our liquidity reserves would be at $380,000, allowing us to adapt more

networks and provide liquidity whenever necessary to maintain a healthy

volume.

We need to ensure the longevity of our company. In the case of slower

traffic than anticipated, but assured success at a later stage, we need to

have the security required to keep us running longer without sustained

revenue until we manage to break that milestone.

A significant portion of our funds will go to marketing and development,

the key elements that will allow this to succeed, and the smallest deal that

can be signed to get the right amount of coverage ranges between

$75,000 to $150,000 just for 6 months of marketing, so we’ll need enough

to ensure we maintain relevance on CT and in crypto generally.
