I have over 10 years of extensive working performance and experience in quality control and quality assurance procedures and supervised gained whilst working in various engineering environments for major projects, international projects, worked for different foreign Contractors & Owners. - These involves in the review, comments on submitted quality procedures, field quality control plan, witnessed welding procedure qualification tests (PQR’s), reviewed & approved for welding procedure specification (WPS’s), witnessed welder’ performance qualification tests (WQT’s), reviewed & approved qualification certificates.

- Main duties were to carried out materials receiving inspection, monitored & report on all materials traceability, carried out fitting up, visual inspection, witnessed NDT tests, hydrostatic testing, etc., for various tanks and piping systems specialized, supervised to fabricated & installation piping spools (carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy-steel pipe intended high temperature, high pressure, and severe sour service) that working in different conditions as A106 Gr B; SA 350, P No:1, Group No 2, SA 333 GR.6, SA 312 TP 304, TP 316/316L, SA/A 790 UNS S31803 etc.

- I also prepared all project procedures like ITPs, Non-conformance control procedure, document control procedures, welding control procedure, technical requirement for steel plates, and review technical requirement for equipments to make sure that all ABS’s requirements are fulfilled. I am responsible for inspection of materials like steel plates, piping and various equipments at Manufacturer's Storage before shipment.

Mar-Oct 2010: I Implemented Plan to holder U-Stamp, R-Stamp and Certificates of ASME Organization

- As a team leader in preparing all the necessary procedures as well as building a system of strict quality control , Quality Control Manual during manufacturing until finished .we have just get certificates U-Stamp and R-stamp of ASME organizational and NBIC.

- Monitor and control involved in the Project as from Material Inspection Receiving shop welding fabrication, Forming inspection, test equipments of pressure vessel fowling in ASME section IX, ASME section VIII Div I, ASME section II including part A and C.

- Regular review of the applicable ASME Code and Addenda and any consequential update of the Manual revised and approved sections and Form of the Manual and shall replace obsolete copies of all controlled Manual copies.

- Compliance and execution of this Manual at the Shop and Field.
