Team The Need Creative team comprises of the perfect balance of youth and experience. The majority of the team are under 30 and are all hungry, skilled young entrepreneurs. Each member adds to the diversity of the group creating a package that is truly appealing to any company or organisation. All team members are recognised as equals and treated as such. Most also have majority share holdings in various different companies including media companies, manufacturing companies and web developers. Dan Whitehouse– Director Having been a web developer for many years, Dan has experience working for many city-based companies ranging from overseas property developers to software houses. He earned his masters degree in business and IT from Edinburgh University. He has a very strong work ethic and the highest aspirations for company development. James Danes– Marketing Director James holds and MEng in Mechanical Engineering. He is versatile, with proven organisational and interpersonal skills developed throughout university, extensive industrial experience with large companies and personal interests. Kimron Gilbert– Sales Director Kimron heads up sales, as he has vast experience in this field. He also supports and leads the operations and expansion of the business structure and internal procedures. He has extensive experience of start-up businesses and the way that large organisations work. Gee Lasharie– Account Manager After many years of alternating between an entrepreneur and life as a stockbroker, Gee has decided to settle down as a member of our sales team. He loves to talk to clients and his enthusiasm is conveyed with every call he makes. He is courteous and considerate to all clients. Joby Ingram-Dodd - Account Manager Joby never settles for second best. After spending many years as a city based stockbroker Need Creative found him a home and he has never looked back. Joby is really one for the record books, literally. When he is not on the phones and managing corporate infrastructure and policy he is working to better himself with physical challenges at the top level of competition. John Philips– Finance Director John runs his own accountancy firm in Suffolk and is charged with carrying out all the day-to-day financial tasks for the company. He has over 20 years experience and a client list as long as your arm and with companies from varying industries.

Denys Khubanov – Art Director Having been a web designer for many years, Denys has experience working with many projects for a range of clients. He has excellent team management skills, including hiring, motivation and individual skill improvement programs. In 2008 he finished Khmelnytkiy National University in Ukraine with a master’s degree in computer science. He always pushes the boundaries with creativity and flair and artistic direction. Boieriu Alexandru – Designer / Developer Alex is a young but incredibly gifted designer and developer. With experience and drive all around him at Need Creative he cannot help but gain the knowledge and ability that will lift him to levels of greatness. As time goes by he will surely become an integral part of Need Creative’s future.
