• PROCESS :- Realizing a collective diagnosis of the problems involving diverse partners- Consulting the residents to know their priorities- Defining a strategy- Building up a scheme to improve the neighbourhood management- Implementing the scheme- Evaluation involving the residents each year- Adapting the scheme according to the evaluation outcome
