          receiving countries‘ needs 

       - double ROK’s ODA to ASEAN by 2015 ;  increase grant

         aid by three times, approve soft loans of 2.4 billion

       - visiting program to invite 7,000 ASEAN trainees to Korea

         by 2015         - 'World Friends Korea' to dispatch 10,000 Korean

         volunteer workers by 2015

      - increase the contribution of ROK-ASEAN Cooperation
