Abstract
The report focuses on students training in information technology areas that require the
knowledge of 1C:Enterprise 8 and other 1C technologies, in order to solve key problems of national
economy modernization. Training schoolchildren in information technologies, including programming
classes in a club format, is highlighted. The directions for developing a partnership between
professional education system, state institutions and business as well as the development of
educational 1C technologies are analyzed.

Abstract
The 1C Student Educational Club (SUE) is designed and created based on A. I. Prigozhin's
conceptual scheme for social organizations, and its characteristics and properties were checked against
that scheme. A social organization having these characteristics and properties helps to order the
interactions of its members in achieving their personal and common goals. The characteristics include:
common goals, internal hierarchy, and management of their interactions and communications. The
properties include: rules and standards for the relations between organization members, event-driven
environment, and the role of the organization order in the team building.
