Obtain Service Accounts
• Initial service account requires evidence of a valid wireless license
• At least one service account is required
• Can establish sub-accounts under each service account to ease management
• Account structure is up to individual WSP
• User ID and password allows access and administration of service/sub-accounts
• Applications for service accounts processed within 5 business days

Applications for MBIs
• MBIs must be associated with service or sub-accounts
• MBIs have no geographic significance from an MBI Administration perspective
• Can order new MBIs for a nominal fee to replenish the inventory in the service or sub-account
• Self certify 60% utilization• Exception criteria
• Administrator evaluates and processes applications within 5 days
• Non-LNP based carriers must match MBI and NXX assignments
• LNP based carriers can match MBI and NXX assignments but don’t have to
• If not specified assignments start at 201 201
