4- Rostechnadzor is authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation Decree for assistance in the development of national systems of nuclear and radiation safety regulation in the countries, constructing NPPs based on Russian technologies (including training of foreign regulatory bodies personnel)

- Agreement signed between Rostechnadzor and State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom on cooperation in assistance activities related to development of national nuclear power infrastructure in the countries that decided to construct NPPs based on Russian technologies (October 3, 2012)
