that would also reduce costs and

adaptation complications.

could indeed locate a large number of

scientific papers and some historical

reports that are not already available. One

thing that the proposal does not mention

is the literature reserve that was already

done by Jack Isango of TAFORI in

c.2004. This review provided a list of

strong basis for this project. Only the last

10 years of papers would need to be

sourced and some of these are already on

the EAMCEF website. There might also

arise the issue related to copyright and

in the current project proposal. It seems a

real pity that this potentially good idea is

not developed into a good proposal that

can deliver some worthwhile research that

addresses real issues and finds ways to

solve them.
