About Project Program
This is a Proof of Concept (POC) Project for Solutions Patterns (SP), for various business divisions such asSales, Distribution, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Customer Relationship andHuman Resources. HSP Technologies has identified SAP Software to Implement, Maintain, Rollout andSupport project activities; it would be requiring candidates to help with this Program. HSP Technologieswill organize and manage End to End project with maintenance. HSP Technologies may get the actualbusiness requirement from Analysts from different parts of the industry belonging to one or moreclients across the world and/or based on the business practices around the world in different industrysectors and this will be used to drive Project Program.
Project Team Hierarchy:Business Analyst Team: BAT
Business Analyst team members, they will be responsible for collecting actual business requirementsand communicate the business requirements to HSP Technologies’ leadership team irrespective of business area.
HSP Technologies - Project Manager (PM):
Also the stakeholders of project implementation, constitutes, IT Project managers who will becoordinating with Business Analyst team members and will sign off on requirements from them aftertheir Business workshop discussions. They will also initiate Project plan and will share the Businessrequirements with PTL to finalize the project plan.
Human Resources Team: HRT_ Responsible for ensuring all non-SAP Project related activities are taken care. Interacting with onboarding and off boarding of PTL and PTM, managing them and resolving issues related to non-SAPactivities. Providing necessary infrastructure for working on the project such as access to systems,documents etc. The HR Manager will beading this team and will be in touch with all - PM, PTLs & PTMs.
SAP Project Team Lead: _ PTL constitutes SAP Technical and Functional Leads in various SAP Modules and will be coordinatingwith Leadership Team to understand business requirements and provide solutions in SAP and will beinvolved in finalizing project plan with the help of Project Team Members (PTM).
