Question: “What schools require the pathway and what schools already have it installed”?

Answer: These sites have existing fiber paths and will not require further entrance facilities. Morrow Center, Sahuaro H.S., Palo Verde H.S., Pistor Middle School, Rincon H.S. All other locations will require a site visit to determine where on the property line Qwest will meet your facilities.

Year 1 – Project NotesYear 1 – Project Notes

Red sites denote priority sites with a high demand for bandwidth and also represents the fastest install install for Hub Site locations.

Beginning in Jul-09 we will complete 4 sites every 90 days until complete.

Site survey’s can be completed and priced within 2 weeks or sooner to determine entrance facility costs.

Monthly Billing to occur as QMOE sites are turned up.

Install charges occur as QMOE sites are turned up.

Existing DS1’s and charges will be removed when the TUSD request is made.

QOS may be deferred until QMOE is completely installed.

Per existing contract, TUSD has agreed to pay Qwest $200,400 to begin the Year 1 QMOE project.

As an option, Qwest is willing to defer the $200,400 until the first 8 sites have been installed. (Last of the priority sites)
