Activities done by different schools on Constitution Day

1. Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, M.G. Road, Ghitorni, New Delhi-110030

In January 2020, a pledge was taken regarding fundamental duties in the morning assembly to make

students aware about their fundamental duties like respect national flag and anthem,to protect the

sovereignty, unity and to value our culture. In February 2020, a talk show was organised in the school

and participants were given two minutes to speak about fundamental duties. Essay competition was

organized in the month of March to make students understand the concept thoroughly and to develop

creative skills and social development among them.

2. Sarvodaya bal Vidyalaya RAJGARH COLONY, Delhi-31

As per the Email Dated 19th March 2020, a pledge on fundamental rights in morning assembly. Time

to time talk with children and told about fundamental duties. Students were informed about importance

of Indian Constitution by the teacher. Students were motivated to collect more information about

Constitution, Fundamental Duties and our Rights for debate, speech and essay competitions.

3. Govt Co-Ed. Sr. Sec. School, Baprola, New Delhi-43

On 15th December 2019, a pledge was taken regarding fundamental duties in the morning assembly to make students aware about their fundamental duties and fundamental rights. In January 2020, a debate was organized on fundamental duties.

In December 2019, all students took pledge with teacher in the morning assembly. In January 2020, a talk was arranged on fundamental duties by legal scholar. In February 2020, a debate on fundamental duties was organized.

As per the Email Dated 19th march 2020, a pledge on Fundamental Duties in morning assembly,

Talk on Fundamental Duties , nukkad natak on water conservation was organized.

In January 2020, awareness programme regarding waste as resources, Minimization of plastic

packages were organized. various discussions and nukkad nataks were performed on Yamuna River

cleanliness by students in the month of February and March.

7. Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya No.-3, Mandawali, Delhi-92. As per the Email Dated 8th June 2020,a pledge on Fundamental Duties in morning assembly, talk

on Fundamental Duties was organized.

8. Guru Harkrishan Public School,Hargobind Enclave, Delhi-92

As per the Email Dated 19th March 2020 , a talk show was organized in the school and participants were given two minutes to speak about fundamental duties. Poster making competition was also organized.

On 20th January 2020, a nukkad natak carried out on “Constitution Day” in school assembly, given

valuable information about Constitution Day and aware students about their fundamental duties.

19 As per the Email Dated 25th March 2020, the students wrote their own constitution for the rights and

duties towards their school, their family, their community and themselves. all the students take an oath

to handle their responsibilities . The students along with the community members were discussed

about the rights and duties on a responsible citizen in India. They were discussed about their

fundamental rights that all the citizens should exercise and respect. The students create a replica of

parliament where they present the working of a parliament. A group of students showed other students

how a bill is brought in a parliament and the members debate on it. Then how it pass and become a

law.

As per the Email Dated 20th March 2020, students collaboratively prepared bulletin boards on various

aspects of the Constitution such as the framing of the Constitution, nature, drafting and countries that

influenced. School organized a reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of India in both Hindi and

English. The staff and students of the school reiterated their commitment to uphold the values and

principles enshrined in our Constitution.

As per the Email Dated 19th March 2020, a talk show was organized in the school on constitution of India to aware the students about fundamental duties and fundamental rights.

On 15th Dec 2019, pledge was administered in the assembly. In January 2020, Long talks in two sessions were organized in the assembly and M.P Hall. In February 2020, debate competition was organized in the school for junior and senior classes separately. In March 2020, essay writing

competition was held, Best five essay were selected and given prizes.

On 15th December 2019, administering pledge on Fundamental Duties in morning assembly, Talks

and seminars on Fundamental Duties was arranged.

On 20th November 2019, students were informed about importance of Indian Constitution. Students

were motivated to collect more information about Constitution, Fundamental Duties and our Rights

for debate, speech and essay competitions. On 15th December 2019, a pledge was administered by the

V. Principal teachers and students to obey and respect Indian Constitution and Fundamental Duties in

the morning assembly.

On 21st January 2020, a speech was delivered by the teacher R.D. Vasudeva on the history of making

of Indian Constitution. V. Principal Mrs. Anjali Chhilar tells about importance of our constitution

and Fundamental Duties for every citizens for the progress of India. On 7th February 2020, essay and

debate competition was organized.

Constitution day was celebrated on 15th December 2019 at Arwachin Bharti Bhawan Sec. School Balbir Nagar, in both shifts . Pledge to respect and follow the preamble of Indian Constitution was taken by

faculty members and students.

In December 2019, a Pledge on Fundamental Duties in morning assembly, In January 2020, essay

competition and In February 2020, talk and seminar was organized by school.
