Characteristics: Special versionAluminium roller with a smaller diameter with 7 mm thick polyurethane coating.The aluminium roller is worked to a final diameter (including rubber) of 94 mm as the standard aluminium roller.The rubber on the roller ensures better grip.

This version, with the 94Ø mm roller, is recommended when it is necessary to avoid slopes between the conveying surface and the head (for example in small-sized products).Compatible with direct drive unit and with mechanical push unit.

C ROLLERS WITH RUBBER TYPES AND CHARACTERISTICS

Characteristics: Standard version (low-cost)Standard aluminium roller with 2 mm thick polyurethane coating, final diameter 98 mm. The rubber on the roller ensures better grip.

The 98Ø mm roller has a slope of 2 mm between the conveying surface and the head, if this slope were to prove problematic when conveying the product, we recommend using the special 94Ø mm version.Compatible with direct drive unit and with mechanical push unit.

Mechanical PUSH unit

Use:ideal when the product has to be conveyed inside a machine and the restricted space for product feeding does not fit the size of the motor. The mechanical push unit makes it possible to keep the motor in a position opposite to the machine pushing the product to its destination. The roller with rubber ensures better grip on the conveyor belt while pushing.Characteristics:The symmetric shape of the drive side makes it possible to assemble the unit on the right or left hand side of the conveyor belt.Material: Mechanical push unit: heads in RAL 7010 grey painted aluminium; aluminium roller with white polyurethane coating (hardness 70 shore A); flange with drive pin and idle pin in AVP burnished steel; galvanised steel nuts and bolts and polyethylene caps.Motor-drive kit: RAL7010 painted aluminium fastening flange; striker plate with welded bushing in RAL 7010 painted steel; spacer and pin for striker plate in burnished steel; galvanised steel nuts and bolts.

State of supply:Mechanical push unit: the unit is composed of 2 roller support heads; 1 drive roller assembled on the relative closing flanges with drive and idle pin complete with bearings; 4 fastening plates with 3 holes for M8 screws; 12 M8x20 socket head screws; 12 screw caps.Motor-drive kit: the kit is composed of 1 fastening flange; 1 striker plate with welded bushing; 1 spacer for gearmotor; 1 pin for striker plate; 1 25ø spring in Adipol; 4 M6x45 socket head screws; 1 M8x20 hex. socket pan head screw; 1 washer for M8 screw.
