** Earlier proposed budget for works was Rs.180.00/-lakhs which has been reduced to Rs.90.00/- lakhs because there is no provision under NHM for construction (Hostel, TMC Office, 2nd Floor of NRCC Building, etc). However, the items like technology demonstrations and organizing Kisan Melas/Rashtriya Kian Melas, etc. have been additionally proposed, for which Rs. 25.00 lakhs have been provided besides the rise in contingency of Rs. 60.00 lakhs has made to accommodate these items. Thus, the total budget demand also reduced from Rs. 382.75/- lakhs to Rs.377.75/- lakhs.
