•Includes 17 Members: Club Officers (6), (10) boards members & Immediate Past-President
• Boards Members serve 2 year terms w/ five rotating each year
• Monthly Meetings
• Committee Chairs are welcomed, but no voting rights
• Govern by Club Constitution & By-Laws
• Establish minutes of meetings, review financial statements, club programs, member attendance, district activities, new service opportunities

Beaumont Spindletop Club Officers
• President – one year term, responsible for facilitating each weekly meeting, club business & board of directors meetings
• President Elect – next year’s President, required to participate in President Elect Training (PETS) program
• Vice President – Assigned to any duties as prescribed by President, also facilitates weekly meetings in absence of President
• Secretary/Asst Sec, - responsible for weekly attendance recording, reports, etc.
•Treasurer – Monthly financial, budgets & invoice payment
• Sergeant at Arms – (not a Board Member), responsible for weekly prayer, pledge & four way test, equipment needs & flags

Club Attendance
• Attend weekly club meetings
• Cannot miss four (4) consecutive weeks or board has termination rights without cause
• 60% attendance must be made at own club meeting
• Makeup meeting can be made at another club or on-line
• makeup meeting 14 days prior or after missed meeting
• any rotary club in world qualifies
• on-line at eclubone.org – must review for minimum 30 minutes
• attendance at club assemblies, committee meetings qualify

Propose a New Member
• Invitation Only by Club Member – “Club Sponsor”
• Club looks for opportunities by classification – diversity restrictions maybe considered
• Invitee is asked to attend several weekly club meetings and is introduced. Sponsor must not identify as potential member!!
• Club Sponsor proposes membership to club via application
• Board votes on membership application, if approved $35 application fee is submitted to Secretary. Club dues are $200 per year.
• Application is published for two consecutive readings for any discrepancies or disapproval by membership
• Club President conducts official “Induction Ceremony”

• Regular Meetings – each Tuesday, 12p-1pm, at MCM Elegante
• Committee Meetings – based on Chairpersons needs for planning & organizing
• Club Assemblies – designed to train/educate new officers & committee chairs needs for yearly goals, scheduled by Club President
• Board Meetings – once a month, Entergy’s Edison Plaza
• Fellowship events – Christmas Party, etc.
