    5. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:

    (i) AGE:- Between 20 to 25 years (Cut off date for determining the age Will be 20nd August 2010)Note:

    (a) Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST by 5 years and for OBC by 3 years. (b) The upper agelimit shall be relaxed by the length of military service increased by 3 years in the case of Ex-

    servicemen. (c) Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for Departmental candidates and inaddition 5 years age relaxation for Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe and 3 years for OtherBackwards Classes. (d) Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in case of the children and

    dependent family members of those killed in 1984 riots and riots of 2002 in Gujarat. SC/ST/OBCrelaxation as per Govt. instructions will be in addition. Children and dependent family members

    should produce a Certificate to that effect from the Collector of the concerned District where thevictim was killed. (e) Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in castse of all persons who hadordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 1 st day of

    January 1980 to the 319 day of December 1989. (f) Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years forGovt. servant in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govt. Persons
