bad ones seem to linger forever, if you can endure them, you’ll get through them.

On management | In tough times, management has to show the way. Their cuts and rewards have to be curtailed more than anyone else,

for unless they have something to lose, their words will have little impact.

The 3-and-1 egg theory | In business, you’ll always have Three Constituents to please: the

stockholders, the employees, and the customer. If anyone of them is out-of-balance at anytime,

trouble is forthcoming.
