…but very few people at the finish line

Sometimes you need to run with a pack to make it to the finish line…

…but never let the influence of the pack stop you from running on your
own

Wherever you position yourself in the race…you can always lend a
helping hand

Listen to you body…it will let you know when it’s time to take a break

Learn to expect and thrive in uphill situations…

…but once you reach the top of the hill, enjoy the downhill coast

In order to perform on race day…you must train, practice and
prepare

You must push yourself…even if you are running in the rain…alone

Every run is an opportunity to PR…everyday is an opportunity to be a
better version of yourself

Even if you fall flat on your face…at least you are moving forward
