A real estate broker (Broker), whether a corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship, may represent more than one buyer or seller. 1NARRATIVE
The Southern Highlands Master plan is one of the preeminent communities in Las Vegas. It is located on the West side of the 15 Freeway and Southern Highlands Parkway, the southern entrance into Las Vegas. Development began in 2000 for Southern Highlands and included a mixture of residential, retail, office, a golf course and spa within a private guard gated setting. The golf course has received numerous awards since its inception and has consistently remaining in the top 50 private courses in the country. The master plan is about 80% built out, and the remaining parcels are the most premier lots in Las Vegas. Custom lots and estate homes within the community are owned by several celebrities, professional athletes and high net worth individuals. There are several ranges of custom homes that span from $2 Million to $20 Million.

The Las Vegas StripThe Las Vegas Strip is a stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard South in Clark County, Nevada, internationally known for its concentration of resort hotels and casinos along its route. The Strip is approximately 4.2 miles (6.8 km) in length, located immediately south of the Las Vegas city limits in the unincorporated towns of Paradise and Winchester (despite this however, the Strip is universally referred to by many as being “Las Vegas”). Most of the Strip has been designated an All-American Road, and is considered a scenic route at night.
