Breakfast is the first and the most important meal of the day! There can be no

replacement for a healthy and wholesome breakfast to kick start your morning.

1. CORNFLAKES

It couldn’t get simpler than that! Take a

bowl.

Pour milk into it.

Put in a cup of cornflakes and start

munching on it!

The goodness of calcium, iron and fibre

will ensure a healthy start to your day!

2. OATS

Very quick again! Take a cup of oats.

Cook it for few minutes in hot water.

Once soft, empty it in a bowl of warm milk

and top it with some dry fruits!

3. EGG AND TOAST

Take one/ two eggs.

Boil them in hot water for few minutes.

Simultaneously, toast one/two slices of bread.

Peel the eggs.

Sprinkle some salt and pepper and enjoy your

eggs with dry toasts.

Let iron, calcium and proteins bring you good

health!

4. VEGETABLE OATS

A very nutritious way to consume oats is to cook them with some vegetables like carrots, peas, onions, ginger, potatoes and tomatoes.

This would not take more than fifteen minutes and would make a very wholesome breakfast!

5. UPMA

Upma comprised on suji/rava is an

absolutely easy and quick to

prepare south Indian dish.

You can make it delicious and nutritious by adding vegetables of

your choice just as in case of

vegetable oats.

6. VEGETABLE SANDWICH

Nothing could be more basic and yet extremely

healthy than a vegetable sandwich.

Take two slices of brown bread.

Embed inside it slices of cucumber, raw onions,

raw tomatoes, cabbage leaves and shreeded

carrots!

Sprinkle some pepper and salt. You can also

spread a layer of green chutney to make it

yummier!

7. POHA OR FLATTENED RICE

Quick and simple to prepare, poha

coupled with vegetables of your

choice, and couple of monkey nuts,

coriander and corn, would make an

awesome breakfast dish!

8. BAKED BEANS ON TOAST

Plain baked beans without added salt,

readily available at stores, laid out on a warm toast, coupled with chopped

capsicum or eggs or tomatoes makes a

delicious and nutritious breakfast!

9. FRUIT SALAD

Cut an apple, a banana, an orange, a bit of

pineapple, some melon, pomegranate and all

such other seasonal fruits that are selling in the market.

Mix it all together. Squeeze some lemon over it.

Enjoy the goodness of colourful and juice

multivitamins and minerals!

10. GOOD OLD PARANTHA

We are extremely comfortable

relishing paranthas replete with all

possible variations in its stuffing!
