10 quick ways to boost your positivity Start your day with prayer. Send someone an encouraging text or email. If you work from home, get dressed and put shoes on each morning. Put on worship music, or happy/upbeat music. Write down 3 things you're grateful for. If you're married, ask your husband what you can do for him today. Eat a healthy breakfast full of protein Quote Philippians 4:13- I can do ALL things through Christ who gives me strength! Pray for someone you don't like. I know, I know, this is hard- but we must do this! Matthew 5:44- Pray for your enemies & those who persecute you. It boosts your metabolism! My favorite breakfast is 3 scrambled eggs with chopped onions and spinach and 2 pieces of bacon or turkey bacon. It doesn't have to be long and eloquent. Talk to God like you're talking to a friend! Take it one step further and tell them you're praying for them...and then actually pray for them It helps, I promise! Worship music always lifts me up! Do this for 30 days straight, and just watch what happens to your attitude! Even though I hate organizing, when I do it always makes me happy and proud of myself. Choose one thing everyday Quote this DAILY! Write it on a post-it note and stick on your bathroom mirror to be seen daily. Do this daily for 30 days and watch what happens. Do it without expecting anything in return. Organize something. Your purse, pantry, makeup drawer, etc.
