Before founding ngmoco, Neil served as the Group General Manager and Vice President at Electronic Arts. In this role, he was responsible for EA's Los Angeles, Maxis, Origin and Blueprint Studio groups, which produced some of EA's most successful game franchises including: The Lord of the Rings, The Sims, Medal of Honor and Command and Conquer, among others.
