TGEG Process of Generating Renewable Energy
TGEG has sparked the creation of a clean energy economy via the Biosphere MKV green power plant
system. True Green Energy Group's goal is to double the production of alternative energy in the
Philippines and Brazil over the next three years because of massive global deployment.
The Spectrum Concept describes the perspective of a sustainable supply of electricity for Asia, Europe
(EU), South America (SA), the Middle East (ME) and North Africa (NA) up to the year 2050 with the use of
the Biosphere MKV. It shows that a transition to competitive, secure and compatible supply is possible
using renewable energy sources and efficiency gains, and ending the use of fossil fuels for power when
the Biosphere is deployed.
In order to find a viable transition to an electricity supply that is inexpensive, compatible with the
environment and based on secure resources, rigorous criteria was applied by TGEG to ensure that the
results were compatible with a comprehensive definition of sustainability. A central criterion for power
generation is the Biosphere's availability at any moment on demand. Today, this will be achieved by
deploying the Biosphere System that consumes Municipal Solid Waste and provides electricity whenever
and wherever required as long as there is garbage available.
Amazingly, consuming the stored energy from garbage is free because people don't want it and can't
wait for it to be taken away. Today Spectrum has millions and millions of metric tons of this garbage,
while the world has billions of metric tons in reserve buried in landfills all over the planet just waiting to
be harvested by the SBS team.
The TGEG organization has created a leadership forum across all renewable energy sectors, building a
greater sense of common purpose, developing a better understanding about renewable energy issues,
initiating national outreaches about going green and the benefits of deploying the Biosphere power
plant that takes garbage of almost any kind and creates clean green renewable energy.
TGEG is an organization of green member companies and institutions that are all dedicated to moving
renewable energy into the mainstream of our global economy, ensuring the success of the renewable
energy industry while helping to build a sustainable and independent energy future for the world.
In this day and age of money and environmental awareness, TGEG gives people an opportunity to help
themselves regarding both issues. True Green Energy Group is deploying Biosphere power plants that

get rid of garbage with zero waste and zero emissions and eliminate the need to purchase commercially
generated power.
The Biosphere system has many benefits to producing green electricity. The TGEG management system
recycles unwanted garbage with the "MRF" (material recycling facility) system while the total waste
management solution uses the remaining Municipal Solid Waste to protect and give back to the
environment pure, clean, green electricity and bi-products.
TGEG can build a better future for our planet and a more sustainable way of life with the Biosphere MKV
system. TGEG will create a global community that will direct our leaders into making the right decisions.
TGEG promises to help solve our environmental crisis while building one of the largest utilities company
on the planet.

Methane Extraction
Methane gas is extracted from the ground via a pump system made from PVC pipes. The methane gas
will then be funneled into a separator tower so that it will isolate itself from other gasses. The methane
is then redirected to a generator that produces 1 to 2 MW of electricity per hour. Other gases are stored
in there appropriate tanks to allow the selling of gases to other industries. As a result, we are unable to
put a price tag on the value of methane gas. The only thing we can do is give an approximate value
based on other landfill methane extractions done around the world.

Pyrolysis System
The Pyrolysis System is a technology that has been implemented worldwide for over 40 years. We are
using a system that is being used by big companies, for example, Carredi that has over 400 plants
installed worldwide. The top of the line machines can be installed to process 24 tons of rubber, plastic
and tires per day with very high precision. The final products are bunker oil, carbon black and self
sustaining gas used as fuel for the daily operation.
All of these calculations were based upon processing 1,000 tons of garbage using a Trommel System that
was approved by the EPA Environmental Agency.
In the mining of the landfill, you can successfully extract 5 main products.
Based on our test in San Fernando we were able to give an estimate on the value and quality of
materials extracted. The percentages are as follows:
26% to 29% - plastics, rubbers and tires
Close to 40% - decomposed or decomposing matter
The remaining will be glass and metals.
The Pyrolysis System is a simple process. A Gigantic Trommel unit will be installed on the landfill site.
The Trommel will process and separate dirt, decomposed waste, decomposing waste, glass, plastics and
metals. Out of 1,000 tons, 300 tons approximately of plastics, rubber and tires will be extracted from the
landfill on a daily basis.
I am giving you the best case and the worst case scenario using 300 tons of daily processed waste using
approximately 10 to 11 pyrolysis machines:
300 tons of daily processing of waste with the use of approximately 10 to 11 pyrolysis machines:
Worst Case Scenario 90 tons of bunker oil per day= 105,882.30 liters per day
Best Case Scenario 135 tons of bunker oil per day= 158,823.45 liters per day
Today's current Market value for bunker oil is holding at a high price. It can be used for heavy
equipment, refined into kerosene, gasoline and diesel. Bunker oil is used to operate heavy equipment
and cement factories. With the price of sweet crude oil rising on a daily basis, the cost of bunker oil as
of today is extremely high following the world market price for sweet crude oil. The current average

price for sweet crude oil is around $107 to $114 per barrel. Bunker oil is roughly around the same price
as sweet crude oil. In our feasibility study, the concentration of sulfur shows less than .76%. The price
range for our bunker oil is approximately $1,050 per metric ton which is equivalent to 0.8925 cents per
liter.

Note: The range of the calculation is based on the quality of the materials used. 30% will present the
worst case scenario and 45% is the best case scenario.
Calculations of Carbon Black output from the Pyrolysis System
The worst case scenario is that 60 tons of carbon black will be produced on a daily basis from our power
plant in San Fernando. The average cost of carbon black per ton is approximately $350. This will equal a
total revenue of $21,000 per day and $7,665,000 per year. Carbon black does fluctuate on a daily basis
but a price of $450 a ton is easily achievable.
The best case scenario is 30% of 300 tons of carbon black produce daily would equal to $31,500. The
annual revenue generated from carbon black is $11,497,500.
The remaining percentage will be transferred into a gas that will be used as a fuel to operate the reactor.
The Pyrolysis System is self sufficient and extremely profitable.
Results of the analysis of the annual revenue of the Pyrolysis System:
Pyrolysis System Carbon Black Total Average Production
Worst case scenario: $34,492,483 $11,497,500 $45,989,982.75
Best case scenario: $51,738,724 $11,497,500 $63,236,224.13
$54,613,103.44
Conclusion:
The Pyrolysis System is a very efficient system depending on the quality of the materials extracted from
the landfill sites and several other variables. This number can be changed to a lower or a greater

Fertilizer System
This is the synopsis of the fertilizer program that TGEG is under negotiation to use. TGEG is engaging in a
strategic partnership with ERS machines from Japan. A meeting with our engineers from both
companies is scheduled to happen.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a customized machine that can handle between 60 to 80 tons
of organic waste per day. Currently the maximum capacity of a Fertilizer System is 24 tons of organic
waste per day. The ERS can process all biodegradable waste at any stage of decomposition and soil
harvest from the landfill site. During the process, the bad bacteria exposed to the microbe system used
by ERS will be completely eliminated.
The objective would be to mix organic waste with pre decomposed organic waste on a daily basis from
the land fill site. The volume of waste can range between approximately 300 to 500 tons per day. The
number of machines needed to process that quality of waste will be decided by our engineers and ERS
engineers, since, this will increase the profitability of the plant significantly and will eliminate all the
contaminated organic waste from both daily deliveries and landfills producing clean, high grade organic
fertilizer.
The numbers below are an estimate of our San Fernando facilitys projected revenue. Example:
producing 300 tons per day of waste, we will lose between 50 to 75 tons of water weight because of
humidity. This leaves us approximately 275 tons of solid organic waste to be recovered as the final
product.
The quality of the fertilizer produced is high grade and very much in demand in the agriculture industry.
Based on the calculations from other fertilizer facilities, around the world that are generating 200 tons
of waste per day have a projected income of $250 per ton. Keep in mind that the calculation could have
a much higher value after an analysis of each proposed landfill. The gross daily profit for each facility is
approximately $50,000 a day and an annual income of $18,250,000. These are very conservative
figures.
Our engineers and the ERS engineers believe that we can double this profit based on the feasibility
studies of the proposed landfill site. Then again this is just a calculation on the worst case scenario.

MRF and Biosphere System
The fresh garbage will be deposited into the tipping area and will go through our MRF. All the
recyclables will be separated, bailed, stored and prepared to be sold for the worldwide market. All
remaining garbage that cannot be processed will be put into a conveyor belt going into a shredder.
From the shredder the remaining garbage will go to a unit to be dried and prepared to be pelletized.
After the pelletization, those pellets will be dropped in a hopper that uses a computerized system that
will feed each of the biosphere units that are lined up with the rest of the equipment. All 3 biospheres
will intake 172 tons of pellets daily. Each biosphere works within a starved oxygen environment. Once
the pellets are dropped inside the first chamber called the reactor, the temperature inside the chamber
is 800C. The temperature at first is achieved by the injection of natural gas or methane. Once the
pellets are in the first chamber, the biosphere becomes self contained.
The Biosphere Machine has three (3) chambers:
1st
chamber: works at 800C in a controlled oxygen environment
2nd
chamber: works in 1,100C because the controlled oxygen will be released from the 1st
chamber.
This will pass the fire belt to get to the 3rd
chamber.
3rd
chamber: works in 1,600C. Almost gasified the matter is now transferred to the 3rd
level of the
biosphere 1,600C and this is where the oxidation occurs. The product produced is
mixed gas.
Mixed gas is highly combustible. When exposed to a controlled environment of oxygen, it will become
flammable and will produce a jet of flame that is connected to the center chamber of the low pressure
boiler (350-400 PSI). This is enough to produce steam to have each turbine produce 3 mw/hour of
electricity. This process happens simultaneously with 3 systems working side by side with the end result
of 9 mw per hour that will be delivered directly to the grid.

Power Plant Configuration
9mw maximum rated capacity7.5 mw normal operating capacity
6.37 mw power for sale
1.13 mw station use
The Biosphere is a very important component of the whole operation because it will produce half mw of
electricity needed for the daily operation of the power plant. This will increase the profitability of the
plant tremendously.
In the Philippines, the annual cost to operate the facility is $900,000 to $1,200,000.
This is a general synopsis of a whole entire plant. At this moment, it is virtually impossible to have an
exact number. However, based on my our feasibility studies, this is an approximate calculation of the
expected profit from the facility:
Total Plant Income Figures
Pyrolysis System $54,613,103 (approximate calculated average)
Fertilizer System $18,250,000 (approximate calculated average)
MRF System (recyclables) $8,000,000 (approximate calculated average)
Methane (rough estimate) $3,000,000 (approximate calculated average)Pozzolonic Ash $9,000,000 (approximate calculated average)
Biosphere (electricity) $15,000,000 (approximate calculated average)
Total $107,863,103
Note: The figures here are highly conservative and can increase exponentially, depending on the
condition of the proposed landfill.
According to the United Nations, three systems (Pyrolysis System, Fertilizer System and BiosphereSystem) qualify for carbon credit. At this moment, we cannot give you the exact amount of carbon
credits that can be generated. However, we know for a fact that it can increase the profitability of the
plant between 15% to 30% annually.
