NUMBER ONE — We chose the name “Number One” to commemorate our first batch of beer brewed at the Vine Street Brewery. Our traditional Belgian-Style Tripel is brewed with Golden Naked Oats and Clear Belgian Candi Syrup and is fermented with yeast from one of the remaining Trappist breweries in Belgium. This light colored, medium-bodied strong ale has flavors of light fruit from the yeast strain and a light herbal character from the European hop varieties. ABV: 9.0%RASPBERRY WHEAT OR SPECIALTY FRUIT — (Please ask your server) Crisp, dry and kind of pink. Sixty pounds of flash frozen Oregon raspberries lend a tartness that pleases the palate and quenches thirst in a fine fashion. ABV: 5.0%ANNAPURNA AMBER — This beer derives its name from one of the world’s tallest peaks which, loosely translated, means “goddess rich in sustenance.” Chock full of malted barley with mild hop overtones, this ale is itself rich in sustenance. ABV: 5.7%COLORADO KIND ALE — This is a true Rocky Mountain Amber Ale. It boasts a unique combination of toasty caramel malt with a classic Cascade hop aroma and flavor. Not too sweet, and not too bitter, “The Kind” makes that long day at work seem like a distant memory. ABV: 6.0%ILLUSION DWELLER IPA — This India Pale Ale is as classic as the climb for which it is named. A strong English malt character balances an assertive bitterness. A massive dose of East Kent Golding hops imparts a distinct earthy aroma characteristic of the finest British Ales. ABV: 7.0%SPECIALTY STOUT — Our Stout rotates! Ask your server which is pouring at the moment.ISADORE JAVA PORTER — A rich, creamy ale brewed with a generous amount of coffee, the Porter was developed by Mountain Sun brewers weary of drinking Stout for breakfast. The result is an ale where coffee aromas mingle perfectly with a roasted barley, hop finish. A unique treat including as thick a head as you will ever get on a latté. ABV: 5.2%FYIPA — This American IPA is sure to satisfy even the most die-hard Hopheads. Four kettle additions, and a huge dry-hop addition make this beer citrusy and resinous throughout. Brewed using four American hop varieties. ABV: 7.2%XXX PALE ALE — XXX is a Mountain Sun classic! Not one to conform to style guidelines, XXX Pale is made with a combination of American and European malts, and boasts a prominent hop bitterness. This Strong American Pale Ale is balanced by a pleasant malt sweetness and the citrusy aroma of American hops. ABV 7.5%
