Programme

An anticlockwise tour, starting north-west from Palermo and Erice, and then down to Marsala, renowned for its wines. Visit Selinunte, a strip of the Ancient Greece coast, located in the south part of the island full of temples, sanctuaries and fortifications. Continue along the east coast, then stop in Siracusa, one of the greatest cities of Greek origins and end your trip north-west in Catania, at Etna's foot. Not only glimpses of places rich in history and colours, like the turquoise of the sea and the intense yellow of the sun, but also a direct impact with Sicilian flavours: full-bodied wines, almond pastries, extra-virgin olive oil conserved food, a light lunch in a citrus plantation based on typical products and an amazing fresh orange juice!
