MODELS With three available models, the 1003 can adapt to your production line needs. Suction cup feet allow the portable unit to be used on any flat clean surface. Models BP and P give you the flexibility of printing on RLS and RLSP closures.

1003 Model A uses the RJ closure.

1003 Model P uses Series RLS and RLSP closures. These closures have a small paper label affixed to the closure to enhance the print quality. Features a Trodat® printer which uses grooved press-on rubber type.

1003 Model BP uses Series RLS and RLSP closures and features a Trodat® Band Printer with bands that are configured for date coding.

The Kwik Lok® 1003 Semiautomatic Bag Closing Machine is versatile and easy to adapt to your packaging needs. The simple and unique design of the 1003 eliminates motors, gears and other maintenance demanding parts. Specific models allow you to print date coding or custom text on Kwik Lok’s all plastic closures. Closing up to 30 bags per minute, the 1003 can be portable or permanently mounted to fit your needs.

CLOSURES The 1003 uses Series RJ, RLS and RLSP bag closures which are available in several colors and a wide a wide range of closure openings.

Closures can be printed with price, date and/or code information. Available colors: .030" – 7 colors
