The Norwegian State Housing Bank NHSB: Husbanken established 1946 NSHB is the government agency that implements
Norwegian housing policy.
The NSHB is a supplement to private lenders in the financing of new homes. 77% homeownership.
All new houses must have Universal Design and low energy standards.
The Bank has financed 50% of all housing in Norway.
