At Pinnacle, Searlina manages digital and social media strategy for the magazine division and is also the Editor-in-Chief of InsideOut Magazine. Amanda Pullinger 100 Women in Hedge Funds, CEO Amanda Pullinger is the Chief Executive Officer of 100 Women in Hedge Funds. She was promoted to this position on Jan 1, 2014. Previously, she consulted as Executive Director for six years. She leads a small staff team and manages over 350 volunteer practitioners globally, overseeing the operations of the organization, which now has over 15,000 members in 20 locations. Amanda set up Pullinger Management in 2006 to provide strategic management primarily to not for profit organizations. In addition to consulting to 100 Women in Hedge Funds, Amanda also consulted to the American Red Cross of Greater New York, where she co-founded and managed the Centennial Circle, a women’s leadership group focused on building support and necessary funds for preparedness training and volunteering in at- risk neighborhoods in New York. She also worked with Brasenose College, Oxford University on their 500th Anniversary celebrations and ongoing alumni initiatives. From 2000-2006, Amanda was a principal at Aquamarine Capital Management, where she was responsible for managing marketing, investor relations and back office administration for two private investment funds. Previously, she was a Director of Marketing and Business Development for a number of companies in a number of business sectors including environmental services, advertising/PR and market research, construction equipment marketing, and hardware and software services. From 1999-2000, she worked for LivePerson, a dotcom startup; 1997-1999, she worked for Unisys Corporation; 1995-1999, she worked for Giles & Ransome, a Caterpillar dealership; 1991-1995 she worked for the Lefton Company, a Philadelphia based advertising and PR company. She came to the US in 1989 to work for a subsidiary of Cory Environmental, a UK based environmental services company for whom she had worked for two years in London. Ltd, Director Cassandra Powell is a Director of The Harbour Trust Co. Ltd. Louise has a proven track record for leadership in professional recruitment, branch management, business development, and account management. Susan Lock Campbells, Partner Susan is a partner in Campbells' corporate and business law team where she specialises in corporate transactions and, in particular, in investment funds. Cathy Houts (Moderator) KPMG, Senior Manager, U.S. Tax Catherine has been with KPMG in the Cayman Islands for over seven years focusing on alternative investments. Prior to joining KPMG in the Cayman Islands, she was with KPMG LLP in the audit practice. Catherine has worked extensively in the area of US taxation and compliance for Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Passive Foreign Investment Companies and FATCA. She has a strong knowledge and technical experience with US taxation of investment products, complex partnership allocations and the structuring of hedge and private equity funds. Cathy is very involved with the Learning & Development at KPMG and is the 100WHF Next Gen Cayman Committee Co-Chair.

Danielle Young Shirlaws Cayman, Business Coach Danielle Young brought her leadership and people management skills and experience to Shirlaws Cayman with the intent to empower people and in turn make business fun. Danielle has an extensive background of over 15 years in the publishing industry focusing mainly on marketing and sales management; working directly with CEO, CFO and Business Owners. Her key strengths are building efficient teams and managing staff so they can reach their full potential. In addition, having studied drama, performed on both stage and film and later moved to directing she has developed and designed a presentations skills training module DBD (Design Build Deliver) for clients looking to improve their presentation and public speaking skills to successfully communicate their message.

Anne Storie DMS Governance, CEO Named DMS chief executive officer in 2014, Anne Storie has spent the better part of a decade with the Cayman-based fund-governance organization, and today oversees some 225 employees in numerous major offshore jurisdictions.
