She has a background in investment management and started her career at Rathbone Brothers Plc in London. She is passionate about educating women in Cayman so that they feel empowered to take control of their financial life and are able to make responsible and purposeful choices. She creates a meaningful experience for her clients that leaves them feeling calm, confident and excited about their future. Georgie graduated from Oxford University with first class honours and is a CFA charterholder. She is a long-time Cayman resident and has three young children, Poppy, William and Jacob. Colleen Brummer ENERGY Essential Fitness, Owner/CEO, Pilates/Fitness Trainer Colleen Brummer is the founder and CEO of ENERGY Essential Fitness which opened its doors in Grand Cayman in October 2003. After 10 years of group fitness instruction and personal training, Colleen was inspired by the STOTT Pilates method and spent several years becoming immersed in the practice through education and teaching. She completed her certification in 2001. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Education, is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist, a TRX Certified Instructor and maintains a wide variety of other certifications in Barre, pre/post natal fitness, nutrition, sports fitness coaching and postural assessment. She has over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry has been the driving force to the success and expansion of ENERGY over the past 13 years.

At Pinnacle, Searlina manages digital and social media strategy for the magazine division and is also the Editor-in-Chief of InsideOut Magazine. In her role, Searlina is responsible for online editorial strategy across five magazine titles, as well as increasing reader engagement through targeted social media content marketing campaigns. Amanda Pullinger 100 Women in Hedge Funds, CEO Amanda Pullinger is the Chief Executive Officer of 100 Women in Hedge Funds. She was promoted to this position on Jan 1, 2014. Previously, she consulted as Executive Director for six years. She leads a small staff team and manages over 350 volunteer practitioners globally, overseeing the operations of the organization, which now has over 15,000 members in 20 locations. Amanda set up Pullinger Management in 2006 to provide strategic management primarily to not for profit organizations. In addition to consulting to 100 Women in Hedge Funds, Amanda also consulted to the American Red Cross of Greater New York, where she co-founded and managed the Centennial Circle, a women’s leadership group focused on building support and necessary funds for preparedness training and volunteering in at- risk neighborhoods in New York. She also worked with Brasenose College, Oxford University on their 500th Anniversary celebrations and ongoing alumni initiatives. From 2000-2006, Amanda was a principal at Aquamarine Capital Management, where she was responsible for managing marketing, investor relations and back office administration for two private investment funds. Previously, she was a Director of Marketing and Business Development for a number of companies in a number of business sectors including environmental services, advertising/PR and market research, construction equipment marketing, and hardware and software services. From 1999-2000, she worked for LivePerson, a dotcom startup; 1997-1999, she worked for Unisys Corporation; 1995-1999, she worked for Giles & Ransome, a Caterpillar dealership; 1991-1995 she worked for the Lefton Company, a Philadelphia based advertising and PR company. Danielle Young Shirlaws Cayman, Business Coach Danielle Young brought her leadership and people management skills and experience to Shirlaws Cayman with the intent to empower people and in turn make business fun. Danielle has an extensive background of over 15 years in the publishing industry focusing mainly on marketing and sales management; working directly with CEO, CFO and Business Owners.
